  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.
  • Return Shipment Charges to be bourne by customer

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Innerwear, lingerie, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or altered products

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Share clear images of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
